40-minute Vinyasa Yoga classes for teenagers, 13-19 years old.
Yoga mats and blocks provided!
Class Structure:
10 minutes — warm up & pose learning (4-7 poses to be used in the Vinyasa yoga flow.)
25 minutes — Vinyasa Yoga
5 minutes — cool down with breathwork/grounding techniques (e.g. Candle Breaths, Square Breathing, engaging the senses, etc.)
What to bring:
Dress in comfortable clothing
Bring a water bottle
Practice in bare feet or bring a pair of non-slip grip socks (like from a trampoline park) for added comfort and stability.
